Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Thank you so. I painted this during Somerset's Annual Historic Days at the center a few miles away from where I live. I changed the surroundings of all the people walking the grounds and added the little woman on the porch... it was fun to paint... I love log homes, they are so warm and inviting.

Thank you Carol. This is the second reply I wrote, but the first appears to have not gone through...I appreciate your encouraging words, this is the first time I sold anything on FAA, it felt good.

Artist's Description

At our local Historical Center, theres many authentic log homes, sheds, and even a covered bridge. I like to go there and paint on sight, of course I added the little lady on the porch. I think she may be shaking off the crumbs of home made bread
from the cloth that covers their little kitchen table. With out an automatic washer,
you don't just throw them in the wash everyday.

Past- 1972-73 Attended Pittsburgh, Universal Art Academy. 1973-74 Attended Ivy Professional School of Art Member of various Artist Associations, participate in shows with awards & honors. Present - Member of Somerset County Artists. Participate in occasional shows. Have limited the clubs and shows in the past several years, finding it difficult to find time to paint and attend meetings. I still create sculptured realistic food and clothing for 18" American Girl Dolls, but that too has slowed and inventory is almost gone. I've painted on-site (plein air), but usually work in my studio using my own photographs or still-life set-ups. I prefer not to do commissioned work.
